If you’re a manager, never forget your team is composed of individuals.

It’s your job to coach them, to train them, to encourage them, to motivate them and to inspire each and every one of them to perform at their best within the team framework.

So, if for whatever reason they cannot perform at their best then it becomes your job to find out why, and fix the problem.

GOLDEN RULE: “Don't manage the team, manage the people in it.”
